Reservation and cancellation policy
Reservations are admitted through the CONTACT tab of the web page itself and via e-mail.
To make the reservation, you must advance an advance payment of at least 30% of the reservation amount by bank transfer.
The reservation will not be valid until the transfer has been made and a confirmation email has been sent.
The amount remaining pending will be settled upon the delivery of keys by payment in cash or up to three days before by bank transfer.
Cancellations: The user has the right to cancel the confirmed reservation, without penalty, provided that the following is fulfilled:
If the cancellation occurs before the 45 calendar days prior to the date of entry, you will have the right to recover the advanced amount of payment and signal less costs and cancellation * management.
Up to the month prior to the date of the reservation, 30 calendar days before, 50% of the payment and signal will be returned less the expenses and management of cancellation *.
Up to 15 days before the date of the reservation, 15 calendar days before, 20% of the payment and signal will be refunded less the expenses and management of cancellation *.
If the cancellation takes place within 15 days before the date of entry will result in the loss of the advanced amount as payment and signal.
The cancellation made by the user within 10 days prior to the date of arrival gives rise to the following penalties **:
Book for 2 or less days, charge of the total price of the stay.
Book for more than two days and up to seven days, 35% of the total price of stay.

There is the possibility of not losing 30% of payment and signal out of time, making a change of dates, always depending on the availability of the house. The change in dates of the reservation must be requested in writing via e-mail or through the website itself.
In the case of leaving the establishment before the reserved period, no amount will be returned from the total of the reservation.

The return of the reservation amount, if applicable, will be made by bank transfer up to 10 days after its notification.
The penalty will be charged by bank receipt to the account number provided by the customer up to 5 days after its notification.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glasses and cutlery for all occupants. It also has pans, pots, kitchen utensils, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, thermo, minipimer, orange juice squeezer, colander, grater, cutting wood, knives, etc.
Cleaning products (dishwashers and cleaning floors) are also offered, buckets, scrubs and kitchen towels.
Bed linen and towels are available to wipe hands. Shower and pool are not included.
A wood booth is offered for the barbecue and fireplace in the dining room. If the customer thinks it convenient in it can carry more. They have long pliers for the barbecue and fireplace utensils.
The property is not responsible for any type of personal and / or value object, nor vehicle owned by the customer that can be found in the house during the contracted stay, nor for its loss, disappearance and / or theft.
Customers will be solely responsible for taking charge of their acts as well as taking care of the children and supervising them at all times. The property is not responsible for the behavior and / or actions of the guests.
The occupants are responsible for keeping the house properly closed in its absence.
The property reserves the right not to accept or cancel periods that do not comply with the regulations of coexistence and those of the house, at any time, without the possibility of reimbursement.

Other policies of the establishmen
Hours: The arrival and departure hours will be the one requested by the client, if the opposite is not reported. The property reserves the right to request a specific departure or departure timetable.
Animals: Pets are allowed inside the house and inside of the house provided they respect the facilities and the house and exteriors are duly cleaned. It must be notified at the time of the reservation that pets will also be transported. The client will be responsible for any incident, accident or damage that may be caused.
Guests: It is obligatory to provide the data of all the people who will be staying at the establishment: first and last name, ID number and date of birth.
The entrance to the house, neither outside of it, nor to the enclosure of the swimming pool of La Ponsa, of those people who are not lodged nor registered in the establishment is not allowed. Visits are not allowed.
The contracted capacity of the accommodation can not be exceeded. Under no circumstances will more people of the hires be allowed, without prior communication via email . If the number of clients exceeds the capacity of reception, the owner may demand financial compensation or the non-return of the deposit.
The establishment has the right of admission reserved.
Making a reservation in La Ponsa means accepting that the damages caused by the users of the establishment will be deducted from the amount of the deposit and that the house must be left under the same conditions as the delivery of keys and comply with the Specific rules of the house.
At the moment of the delivery of keys a deposit of € 350 must be deposited in cash as a deposit, unless indicated otherwise. It can be deposited up to 3 days before by bank transfer. In the event that the damages caused by the customer exceed the amount given as a guarantee, the customer must pay the difference.
Below is the rule that is mandatory compliance in order to be able to return the deposit without inconvenience.
The return of the deposit will be made in cash at the time of departure of the house or by bank transfer until 5 days after the departure of the establishment.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
Do not damage anything of the house, exteriors and pool, furniture, utensils, facilities, equipment ... and if there is any incident, communicate it before leaving the house to those responsible for it. The amount of the damages will be deducted from the deposit.
Leave the floor, dining room, kitchen, toilets and bedrooms adequately clean (this includes that the beds are not dirtier than their own use) as well as the outside and the pool area.
Collect all the rubbish and leave them with bags in the wooden box next to the house. The glass must be separated from the other rejection.
Do not move the furniture, and if so, let it be left in the same place where it was found upon arrival.
The coexistence with the surroundings and the rest must be respected.
No amplifier or music speaker can be used other than what is in the house.
Make responsible use of the facilities.
Leave the pool area and adequately clean surroundings.
Do not enter the pool enclosure with dirty shoes (mud, others ...)
Do not throw objects, stones, junk in the water or in the pool enclosure.
You can not spend more water than is strictly necessary.
The environment and natural values must be respected, avoiding imprudent or irresistible actions with the flora and fauna.
The use of pyrotechnic material or the production of bonfires due to the location in forest land is not allowed.
The use of the house or its surroundings is not allowed for any other type of activity than the agreed upon reservation. Nor can activities or behaviors contrary to hygiene or normal coexistence or that violate public order be carried out.
Visitors are not allowed or can accommodate more people than those hired in the accommodation reservation.
